Military parade is a commercial where the Gecko finds himself in this parade with America's troops and which GEICO's been serving the military for a long time. He looked a lot to that giant figure on a GEICO float with a sign that says, "75 years" and says to not write letters.

Geico journey parade

(Scene: Street - people watching a parade go by)

Gecko: So, I'm walking down the street, just you know... walking, and I found myself in the middle of this parade Honoring America's troops, which is actually quite fit-in, because GEICO has been serving the military for over seventy-five years.

(spots a giant figure that looks exactly like him on the GEICO float)

Gecko: Oh, no. Look, I-I know this isn't about the troops and not about me, right? But... I'd look like that. You cannot write letters about it.
