Biscuits and Gravy is a commercial while the gecko is alone in the apartment telling everyone about the local office and world's famous biscuits and gravy. After the GEICO slogan is heard, the gecko shouts out to not park anywhere else.

Although, if you want GEICO's world famous biscuits and gravy, you'll need to stop by the office, so... Course you gotta have biscuits and gravy, but if they didn't, I'll bet everyone will leave here.
